The Opportunity
This is a consultative inbound sales role focused on trust, structure, and consistent execution. You’ll work with 15–20 qualified inbound leads per week and guide clients through thoughtful, well-structured strategy conversations about their hiring needs.
This role suits sales professionals targeting strong, consistent earnings within the $100–$150K OTE range. It is ideal for someone who enjoys leading commercial conversations, handling objections, and closing new business. What you’ll do
