You'll inherit an established customer base across Western Australia while identifying new opportunities to grow market share, develop strategic relationships and deliver tailored technical solutions. What Will You Be Doing?
This is a relationship-focused sales role where you'll be responsible for maintaining existing accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities throughout Western Australia.
You will:
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers
Develop new business opportunities across mining, industrial and infrastructure sectors
Identify customer challenges and recommend tailored pumping and fluid handling solutions
Conduct customer site visits throughout WA and selected interstate locations
Work closely with internal technical specialists to deliver outstanding outcomes
Build long-term partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline management through CRM systems

Who Will Succeed in This Role?
We're looking for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities and delivering value to customers.
We’re looking for someone who has:
Proven experience managing and growing customer accounts
Success in industrial, mining, engineering or technical sales environments
Strong business development and relationship-building skills
A proactive, self-motivated approach and ability to work independently
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Strong problem-solving capability and commercial acumen
Mechanical aptitude or technical understanding of industrial equipment
Confidence using CRM systems and business technology
Knowledge of the Pilbara region, its industries and key stakeholders will be highly regarded.
Experience within pumps, mining equipment, industrial solutions, fluid handling or related technical industries will be advantageous but is not essential.
